Information you choose to provide
A roofing inquiry collects your name, phone number, selected service, and agreement to be contacted about that request. You may also provide an email address, property address, city, ZIP code, message, and preferred contact method. Do not submit Social Security numbers, account details, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information.
How an inquiry is used
We use inquiry information to understand the property concern, respond, arrange an assessment where appropriate, and maintain records of the request. The page where you submitted, its service-area context, the form identifier, and the consent recorded with the inquiry may accompany it. Your submitted property city remains separate from the location page you visited. Requesting roofing help does not subscribe you to promotional messages.
Roof Leads Center
The website sends validated roofing inquiries through its server to Roof Leads Center at roofleadscenter.com. Authorized CRM users can use those records to respond and manage the inquiry. The CRM records the submission and related operational information. Even without optional analytics consent, the deliberate inquiry is processed; no passive browsing history or browser visitor identifiers are attached by this website when analytics is off.
Optional analytics
With analytics permission, the Roof Leads Center script uses random visitor and session identifiers, page interactions, campaign parameters, referral information, browser/device information, and call or assessment link clicks to understand website activity. Form field contents are not sent as analytics events. A phone-link click measures the click, not a completed or answered call. We do not record calls through this website. Google Analytics is not currently configured, and no advertising or marketing pixels are installed.
Security and technical processing
The hosting service processes requests, IP addresses, and technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. The contact API validates inputs, limits request sizes, and restricts request origins. An in-memory rate limiter retains a one-way hash of a client network identifier for up to ten minutes when production edge information is available. It does not log submitted contact details. Cloudflare Turnstile is supported but is not currently configured.
Your choices
Optional analytics, marketing, and preferences are off until selected. You may use Cookie Settings in the footer to change them. A detected Global Privacy Control signal keeps analytics and marketing off under this website’s conservative setting. We do not currently use tracking for targeted advertising or sell personal information through the website. You can call, email, and submit an inquiry with optional tracking off.
Retention and requests
The consent preference expires after 180 days. Analytics identifiers are cleared from this browser when analytics is withdrawn; this does not itself erase records already held by processors. Roofing records are retained as needed to respond, manage the request, and meet applicable recordkeeping needs. No fixed deletion period is promised here. To request access, correction, deletion, an opt-out, or other help, use the Privacy Request page or email lead@roofleadscenter.com. Appropriate verification may be required before records are disclosed or changed.
Communications and changes
Email links open your email application and telephone links open a calling application where supported. Those services have their own handling practices. This policy will be updated when active providers, purposes, storage, or contact practices change. The named brand is Camden Roofing Experts; legal-entity and business registration information will be displayed when verified details are supplied.
